Ringley Building Surveying provides Building Consultancy advice, including Building Pathology / Defects advice, Section 20 'Major Works', including design, specification, tendering, and contract administration. We also provide Capital Expenditure 'Cap Ex Plans', Licenses to Alter, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Level 1-3 Building Surveys, Asbestos Surveys, Dilapidations, and general building consultancy matters. Ringley Ltd and Ringley Asset Management are our mainstay clients, but we also work with external commercial clients and residential block managers, and Private Domestic Clients. 

Ringley Fire Consulting Services is our dedicated sister company devoted to matters of fire safety stemming from the implications of the Building Safety Act (2022). Ring-fenced under specialist PI cover, we carry out Fire Door Inspections (FDIs), Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), Building Safety Cases (BSCs), and can act as Principal Designer to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for matters of building control on high-risk buildings (HRBs). We can also advise on 'the golden thread' and are ready to spring into action when problems arise, such as when enforcement notices are served by Local Fire Services or when Critical Fire Safety devices fail and become reportable incidents.

Based in Camden Town, Building Surveying & FM at Ringley, are a multi-disciplinary, well-established and growing team, of professionals with excellent integration with others across the wider business.   As part of our ongoing growth; we seek talented, driven, passionate and proactive Chartered Surveyors or Assoc RICS to join us, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, where no two days are the same and play an integral part within the team.  Support will be given in your professional development alongside your role. 

In return, after a qualifying period, you will be entitled to Company Pension and a salary, including Profit Related Pay (PRP), that could reach £65,000-£70,000, depending on your fee earning potential.  As a fee earner you get 30% of any fees billed over target (3.25 x base salary).  The majority of work is generated is in-house and we have plenty, so there could not be a more secure long term job!
