The Residential Capital Markets team at Ringley advises clients on residential property investments in the UK. They support the full investment lifecycle, helping clients acquire and dispose of a wide range of residential assets such as Build-to-Rent (BTR) schemes, co-living spaces, single-family housing, apartment blocks, mixed-use developments, ground rent investments, and serviced apartments. They also assist with forward funding and forward purchase strategies, and provide valuations for investment, lending, tax, and fund reporting purposes.
In addition to transactional support, the team offers strategic consultancy services. This includes market and viability assessments, financial modelling, and scheme analysis. Through Collaboration with the wider group they advise on design specifications, cost-benefit analysis, and operational planning, including mobilisation strategies and furnishing solutions. Their integrated approach ensures developments are not only financially sound but also operationally efficient and appealing to both investors and residents.
