Whilst our job is to solve problems, this is an opportunity to empower people, build stewardship and common purpose as perhaps the 4th emergency service, we are best placed to do so: we have the know-how, empathy and procedures and can share how the law and the lease works to bring people on a journey and ultimately deliver great outcomes.

We are now embarking on a period of intentional growth: we have more complex sites coming in, a swell of new enquiries to introduce to ‘who we are and what we do’. We need to foster a deeper sense of stewardship, and help some clients get more business-like in how they run their ManCo’s.
