Overview for the Relationship Director - Group Operations role

We are looking for a confident empathetic leader, a people person who also gets stuck in, does not make promises they don’t keep. The right person will be a self-starter, know they are good at what they do and be results driven – there’s no ivory towers at Ringley. Clients will trust them, the team will feel inspired by them – all will want to be part of a journey led by them.

The right person will get that property is a people business, one where one can truly make a difference one leaseholder, one resident at a time. Whilst our job is to solve problems, this is an opportunity to empower people, build stewardship and common purpose as perhaps the 4^th emergency service, we are best placed to do so: we have the know-how, empathy and procedures and can share how the law and the lease works to bring people on a journey and ultimately deliver great outcomes.

To date Ringley has grown organically by recommendations alone, we are friendly and are proud of our reputation and great reviews and our superb team and great audit trail has ensured that we have an unblemished record with the RICS and Property Ombudsman.

We are now embarking on a period of intentional growth: we have more complex sites coming in, a swell of new enquiries to introduce to ‘who we are and what we do’. We need to foster a deeper sense of stewardship, and help some clients get more business-like in how they run their ManCo’s.
