In fact, much of the fee income across the organisation stems directly from our management activities. A single managed site can generate income for multiple branches of the group – including an estate management fee for Ringley Limited; site staff management and cleaning contracts through Ringley Integrated Site Staff Solutions (RISSS); legal fees for Ringley Law from arrears collection, tribunal representation, section 20 notices, and company secretary services; insurance reinstatement valuations via Ringley Survey; major works undertaken by Ringley building Engineering; fire door inspections, building safety cases, and fire risk assessments from Ringley Fire Consulting; and service charge accounts managed by Ringley Finance.
