The Estate Management Department is the core of the Ringley Group, with every department interacting closely with it. In fact, much of the fee income across the organisation stems directly from our management activities. A single managed site can generate income for multiple branches of the group – including an estate management fee for Ringley Limited; site staff management and cleaning contracts through Ringley Integrated Site Staff Solutions (RISSS); legal fees for Ringley Law from arrears collection, tribunal representation, section 20 notices, and company secretary services; insurance reinstatement valuations via Ringley Survey; major works undertaken by Ringley building Engineering; fire door inspections, building safety cases, and fire risk assessments from Ringley Fire Consulting; and service charge accounts managed by Ringley Finance.
